I fell like I'm about to snap in half any moment now %[

I'm scared I might have seriously injured my spine.

Sooooo, context:  yesterday I was swinging in my swing (as one does when a swing is put in oneself's  proximity ) and then all of the sudden the bar breaks, in the top left corner [important(ish)] but with the help of my wonderful balece, atlethic abilities and all alround awesomeness,  I was able to land on my feet(yay).

 Quick and quite questionable intervention from my father and I'm  back  to swinging. The bar breaks from the base this time and I fall badly.  Awcie.
