Winter Lover Branches laden in white, Little drips of ice. Such a beautiful sight. I see it out my window on this dark, sorry night. Beside me sits a mistress who reflects the cold places. Her heart lays frozen just as the trees outside, No truth in the words she has spoken. Both are deadly, and I have fallen into their grip. The branches are icy talons wrapped around my arms. Her voice, is a sweet melody that causes my heart to leap joyfully. There is no saving me now, I have been buried too deep in this endless snow. 2/17/16
