I'm gonna get some when I'm looking at guitars tomorrow :) the ringing is horrible, I usually get it when I'm near an old TV... I spent half the time browsing, half the time switching between the one I have now and the pink punk.

Straight after practice is the worst for hearing. I spend ages trying out guitars anyway. It took me 2 hours to try all the guitars in the store and get the one that suits me last time, and there was only 5 guitars there lol.

Yeh, it would suck, seeming as I already had a few problems with my ears... I'm going up town on saturday to try it out.

Mines timing and one hand moves faster than the other. Does having to take migraine tablets through the loud environment count? Lol anyway I'm practising any time that im not doing anything :) and I don't stop until my fingers feel like their about to fall off lol... If you don't get bottled when you play live, then your doing good :-D

Do you mean easily corroded? Corrosive means it burns through anything lol... I was just getting a basic idea of prices from amazon, the only thing worse than playing on worn strings is playing a badly made guitar lol I play for an average of 2 hours a day, and around 5 hours on a friday because of my music course, stuff I do after school and plus the practice I do at home

I hate playing with worn strings anyway :) I'm a regular player, do probably almost every day, but I take care of my instruments... Theres done really good ones on amazon for around £100...
