They are doing that for their own self-fulfillment. People like that are jerks and do not care about anyone else but there selfish inconsiderate selves. It's people like that that you should not listen to.

several dishes have sour and sweet foods, and they're usually great if they don't put too much sauce, otherwise it just tastes really syrupy XD
