Why is it that when I'm alone I feel rested and at peace and energetic and when I'm outside I can feel energetic but anxious and like scared and awkward. And then when i'm alone for a bit I start to depress but soemtimes I start becoming happy and chill and idk my sentences dont even make sense

I've been struggling alot with mental health issues lately but my psychiatrist moved out of town and I can't see my therapist very often because my time table with art school always changes and is nearly full T-T


SO yea uh idk what to say but if anyone struggles with depression and harm instruisive thoughts or anything we can talk bc i kinda feel lonely:3
