first fun or stupid? whos been in them/done it? ever badly hurt yourself or seen anyone get hurt? pointless or a great thing to do? etc...

made it a while ago, and yeh they are silly arent they, quite funny watching some tho, specially the ones who wave their arms around like manics lol

The one I saw they all just made there hair swing in circles :S I think that at the begining they are abit of fun but the can quickly get out of hand like people falling over and being stamped on and not allowed to get up. Ive even seen a video of a girl falling over and being stamped on by 3 guys. But she was the stupid one I think because she was skinny gong into a mosh pit. :S I havnt been in one but i think I could get away un hurt rugby would help in them situations. :D

ahhh thats terrible about the girl! yeh people can get mega hurt in them but tones of people seem to love it

So... skinny people aren't better off in mosh pits etc, but.. *tries to think of an inoffensive way of saying it* bigger people are? Meh. I don't really see much point in them to be honest.. don't know why. I guess I don't much like the idea of being killed in one.. :S

Roxi your way of saying it was its not so much larger people are safer I would say fitter and stronger people will be okay, as long as you can stand up. I remember the posh pit deaths but i cant remember what happened.

I think moshing is annoying as fuck and just plain retarded. I avoid them by staying to one of the sides, and well, that's fine enough. There's been several cases of people dying in them, so I've sort of not wanted to participate in this stupid behaivior. I enjoy my music without hurting others. :P

lol matt :D hmmm some people do ruin it for others yeh but the bands dont exactly help stop it do they, they are always encoraging circle pits/wall of deaths at gigs...
