I am ashamed to admit it but I am an anorexic. Last march I was taken into hospital because my family and teachers, not to mention friends were worried about my weight, I was becomming sickly thin and the bones on my wrist were sickly and protruding. I was in hospital and out of school for about six months, I wasn't aloud out of the hose or anywhere realy, I'd "forget" things to go up the stairs again to exercise.

After the six months I started to get better, I was on a strict eating plan and doing verry little exertion, above is a video link about some of the kind of things I did as well as hideing food and keeping it in my mouth then getting rid of it and making myself sick.

I thought I was over all of this but I am beginnign to starve myself again and I am scared of ending up moody, thin, ill, depressed and generaly suicidal. I have found myself looking at proana websites and just going back....

Please help and suggest ways of getting better, it's killed a few of my friends all ready ]-,:

Remedy 1. make orange juice 2. balance it on ur head 3. at the same time spin around 3 times 4. stop then lift ur right leg off the ground 5. stay like that for 2.25 minutes 6. take the orange juice and drink it quicky o.o
