End my pain, out the door I sicken myself nevermore To be defeated, to feel the hate From my life I can not escape Each dyeing day leaves questions asked The next day comes and nothing lasts Always forgotten with routs unknown Never again shall love take my thrown Forever envied for things I've done Never wanted to be what I've become With fruitless toil in endless fields Never again shall my spirit get it's needs With dyeing embers upon the floor I live no longer, never more

Nevermore! a line form one of my  fav poems "The Raven"  by Edgar Allan Poe.( i must try his style one day) hmm but tell me Chris is the part where you say "Never again shall love take my thrown"  supposed to be throne or is it thrown to symbolize something?

*Nevermoretheless* i enjoyed the poem  because i could feel painful thoguths circuating in my mind.

When i read the poem  the sorrow and thought if demise was evident and also death. Is this also about unrequited love?

thrown to symbolize something, thrown away heart kinda thing if you get what I mean Edgar Allen Poe is my favrought writer of all time let alone poet. The poem is unrequited love at its finest with a hint of sorrow, death, demise, hatred and depression, it was an on the moment poem...

yea i get what u mean bro,

yea Edgar Allan Poe was an excellent poet.. his standards are extremely hard to attain.

Hm i was gonna say i felt the pain of the writer in the poem,but i didn't want to speak too soon, guess i was kinda right after all and i also kinda guessed what the poem was about as well. good job Chris
