You have a help & advice section but some things people may not want others knowing but need advice on, it may be done but will be difficult, but you could make it possible to post anonymously to other members (excluding yourself) maybe replacing the name with a member number or something thats not on the profiles. It would be hard coding and you could make it monitored or something. An idea also may be to make posts reportable so offensive posts can be reported effectively by a push of a button or something so it becomes cllear when people are being abusive.
