some bands seem to have fans who are into a mixture of genres/styles for example eminem, bullet for my valentine and linkin park seem to be bands which all types of people like, ive seen 'chavs' and 'emos' listening to eminem and bullet for my valentine, can anyone think of any other bands everyone seems to like? and is this a good thing or a bad thing?

The Prodigy is another and I think it's a good thing really as long as the different groups sort of get on.

Alot of people seam to like pop-punk like.. All Time Low or You Me At Six. Hadouken! are a band liked by many people here.. I could name loads I think. xD
