How many hours sleep on average do you get each day? As a lot of you can probably tell I don't get much most days..

^In the longterm such a lack of sleep could cause health problems though.

ya i no :/ i had to refuse sleep so much today just to stay out of trouble fell asleep 2nd period (teacher didnt care cuz i was ahead) and in 9th period where the sub kept coming ovr and waking me up every few minutes but after i took my meds i cudnt keep my eyes open but my mom was forcing me to stay up (she doesnt no about my lack of sleep) then after dinner my energy was completly restored and so now (even after i took more meds) im completly hyped up and probaly wont sleep again tonite :D :/

emoracer, i know how you feel about not getting much sleep. i dont get sleep much either, i go into bed at 9 sometimes, and i dont fall asleep till 3, i go into bed at 12, and i dont fall asleep till 3, i can never fall asleep, cause i am always thinking all the time, my mind is always running, and the i wake up aqt 6:45 every morning, so i get about 3 1/2 to 4 hours of sleep every night. it sucks

i carnt sleep in bed i always have to b doing something there sleepy time there always seem to be a party in my pants i really need some sleep wot should i do lol?

take some advil lol thts wat my friends tell me to do but i refuse and today my mom came to gimme lunch money and seen who tired i was cuz of those fucked up cough pills and i asked ger if i cud go home so now im at home and just woke up but now im rly rly dizzy

Exercise before you go to sleep. It's of course harder to sleep if your not exactly tired physically. Oh and yea sex is a good form of exercise for those that are interested in that..

school days usually i go to sleep at 11 and wake up at 6:30am. though on days off i either go to sleep at 9 and wake up at 11am or go to sleep at 2am and wake up at 9am, it varies.

not much im scared to death to sleep:( i cant close my eyes without thinking sumthin horrible and wen i sleep i have these werid nightmares that wake me up the only time i can sleep is wit my boyfriend i mean he makes me feel safe so i can sleep 4 awhile wit him.....

I can't say how many hours I get but I gererally get to sleep at 12am-1am the wake up every 20 minutes. I also wake up screaming sometimes ):

i try to get about 7 hours when i work but usually i have about 6 hours on average
