Hmm, Advice? Nov 06 2010, 10:12 AM

So; Lately, I've been more depressed+ tired than usual and I find I get really anxious around people. Somedays tho, I'll be like, really chatty and hyper. I've also started to hallucinate and hear voices. Like; I saw a pure white figure with dark eyes and red lips the other day in my RE classroom and when I was at the park I saw and heard a little boy crying under a tree. Any advice?

I think the depressed anxious and edgy, swithing to hyper chatty and full of life is just hormones, tizz usually the case any way :D I swing back and all the time :D As for the seeing/ hearing things, it could obviously,(although not necessarily) be to do with your mental health. What do you think all thats about? :L

i think you should just sleep more, are you getting your daily 7-8 hours a day?
