So I'm guessing that you all heard about the demonstration in London, unfortunately a few anarchists took away from our cause.... So in your opinion did the anarchy add or take away from the demonstration? The aim of the demonstration was to keep EMA, keep the cap on tuition fees, not increase tax on student loans or make them more expensive and to keep adequate funding of colleges and universities. Thanks for posting this as I was going to do a topic on it. I certainly agree a protest was a good idea and even though there was some trouble it was to be expected. I mean come on £9000 a year for uni fees. That's just unfair whatever way you look at it.

Actually Matt its up to £14000 according to NUS. I work for the students union in my college and that's the reports we've been given.... They are also planning to drop EMA and take £1 from every £3 in our college funding....
