one last older poem I'll post on here written by anonymous I've fallen harder than I could have ever known, But what if things change and I end up alone, I let my heart get the best of me looking into his eyes, Now I'm terrified, I feel my heartbeat starting to rise, I never meant to fall in love with him for I fear, That in time I will lose the one I hold most dear, Afraid that I wont be able to hold his interest long enough, If so I know I would have to remain tough, But deep down it would kill a big part of me, The pain would be to the highest degree, Against my better judgement I've put my heart on the line, I care for him so deeply, this is not a good sign, Because if he changes his mind the fall is going to hurt that much more, But I can't turn back now, he's in my heart, in my soul, in my core, Just must be prepared that he may grow tired of me one day, Or decide not to wait, not to stay, It's not that I dont trust his word because i do, But believing he could ever love me is just too good to be true
