Morning is broken and can't be fixed Dec 01 2010, 10:08 AM

Sunrise Sun- set Sun falls Sky bled, now life has wed, Death- Hearse driven up the aisle In black and white The couple- arm- in- hand Sweating like pigs Don’t know what’s going on. The marriage song seems so long Here goes the bride, Jekyll and hide Before it’s too late Now begins the ride No turning back… Faint smile, unborn child Scattered seed, growing weed, No fruits of labour But dried fruit- Pun- gently toxic Moon- Light, star bright Moon glows To- Knight the day. Pale sun, dark sky Wind blows, dog howls, The birds’ heads bowed The owl hoots, its eyes blind The wise see in the dark But the light blinds em So they keep their mouths shut Cause the truth hurts too much. Moon rise Moon sets at day time Just so it vanishes As though it was never there? Sun rise Sun set The moon is dead The owl is sleeping And the birds sing the wedding song Here comes the day All clad in red There goes the moon Gone too soon… The couple just woke up Frightened Now they have to live all their days with that Mess At least the night brings satisfaction… Stephonz November 30th, 2010 ©
