Does anyone know of any cheap eye make-up remover that actually works?? because for the past week I've been using water and then baby lotion and a Q-tip after it smears under my eyes but it burns like hell soo yeah

sorry i don't have any cheap ones to recommend :/ i only use expensive ones when it comes to that x

I use the Nivea Visage or Simple ones I'm not sure of the price but if they were really expensive I wouldn't have bought them, and store own brands can be cheep and just as good too.

when i do use makeup i use maybelline new york expert eyes makeup remover..i havnt really expieremented with any other ones but that one works good
