Why do I feel this way? So alone and confused. I need help. I try so hard not to go to the blade. It doesn't work. I cry and shake. No one knows how I feel. I need help. I cry and cry. But you do not understand. I pull my knees into my chest. And sit against the wall. No one understands. I need help. You try to help. But sometimes it just, makes it worse. No one knows how I feel. I need help. You yell at me not to cut. But that just makes it worse. No one knows how alone I feel. I need help. You say it's okay. But it's never okay. You try to understand. But no one understands. Just how I feel. I need help. Why do I feel so alone. The world feels small and dark. The only thing I hear, are distant voices. I need help. Please help me. Go back to the way things were. Is that possible? Can things go back to how they were? I need help. Please help me....
