Hey need a little help here... Any friends I have are hella worried and there trying to get me to stop cutting and I try but it doesn't work.... And as many times as I try to stop things just get worse and worse...... Any advice for me??????!!!!!!!

hey i cut too i still do but im trying ive had advise like throw away blades e.t.c flik ur wrist wiv elastic bands or hold ice??? if that helps ^.^

Try listening to music, it helps me, especially Hollywood Undead, them bitches are awesome ^^ I cut aswell, and my mum hates me, CORRECTION all my family :) But I just say: Fuck you ^^ <3 Elastic bands are helpfull aswell :)
