This text was lyrics for a song I wrote for my old band. Everything is like a beautiful dream. But you still keep me laying here. All alone with my nightmares. You'll always make good things hurt. Just a look at your smile brightens my day. But when the dark come sneaking up on me. I feel so left alone. Why can't life be like when we were kids. I'm walking around without an aim or goal. Passing people without even noticing. They keep staring at me. What use am i for this world full of hatred. Why do i keep on going like this, fooling myself. Life's just a big waste of time. By spring there'll be another jar on the shelf. You keep telling me to fight on.
