Okay so a few nights ago my parents (crazy step-dad and mom) got in a fight so I thought "okay one little cut on the leg wouldn't do anything" Well next night more fighting one more cut. Next one more=one more and so one. All I can do is sit in the corner on my bed basting BVB through my headphones curled up in a ball cutting my legs....So need some help here how to stop???

Please search the forums for self harm and cutting as there are quite a few topics already.
