So basically within a month my life has fallen apart drastically and im at rock bottom in my life. Ive lost my dad, lost alot of friends, started smoking heavily like 20 a day, started drinking heavily which i said i'd never do because thats what killed my dad :/ Self harming everyday without fail, stealing money from my mum, dabbling in drugs and ive gained weight FML i need to get skinny again >.< Please like any advice coz i cant cope anymore seriously suicide is taking over my brain i literally have nothing and no one I just dont know anymore....

By remembering the good times you had together! You and your mum both need each other right now- be there for her and she'll be there for you. you know what happened to your dad, don't go the same way- he won't have wished it for you to happen to him on you. You are the creation of your mum and dad's love for each other. I've had many friends (like brothers to me) pass away in front of my eyes and having to carry their coffin, never gets easier, but what helps is keeping their memory alive- thinking of all the good (and bad) times we shared together. Please don't do this to yourself Hun, you are an amazing lass and even though I have only known of you in these last few days it hurts me to see you pained this way. I know my words won't be of much comfort but I hope they express the the hope that you find comfort in the knowledge that everyone on here will all be thinking of you *sending hugs and good vibrations your way xxx

Take it one step at a time. You have to be realistic and know that it isn't going to get better in one single day. But it WILL get better. Life looks like shit right now, and it really sucks. But you'll pull through it. You have a lot of people here that would hate to see you leave this Earth! If not for you, for us? Don't hurt yourself. And doing all those negative things isn't helping either. You have to surround yourself with positive things. *CYBERHUGZ*

How do you cope? Well it will of course be tough for a while. In my opinion the best thing to help you through is talking with people on here and friends in person. When I have felt my lowest being with others has always helped. You cannot cope with your problems alone and people are willing to help I'm sure.

people here on this site are always here to help. im no psychiatrist but it looks like you're doing those things as a source of outlet from your emotions, drinking smoking etc you just have to find a new outlet or learn something new you can do and will love. for me its dancing and i almost everytime feel better when i dance away my emotions whether its hate and anger or joy and happiness :)
