i dont have much in life anymore, i lost my dad to a disease a few years ago, my older sister was practically kidnapped ten years ago and havnt seen her sense, my mom might be going to jail in a few weeks for something she didnt do and i have no family just a little brother,... i feel like my life is worthless, like im lost, like no one can hear me scream, suicide is on my mind daily and i have lived with guilt my whole life (i talked to my dad hours before he died...i feel like i could have done something)....i just dont know what to do anymore. HELP!:'(

Try and find something u can totally lose urself in and put all your emotion into (music art poetry) it wont solve ur problems but might help u not think about them for a bit :) x
