ok well, i have some really bad anger issues and ive gone to anger management before, but it really didnt help me. I hate it when i always get angry for really small reasons and im actually destroying my relationship bcuz of my anger is there anyway i can try to control my anger?

I'm like that sometimes. Just take a break from whatever you are doing. Go for a walk. Do some exercise...

I usually try and sleep it off. It can be hard to get to sleep when you're angry, but if you try and put your mind at rest, convince yourself you'll work it all out after a nap, and just lie down, I usually find it's worth it. Going out for a walk helps too, but I find I'm usually still thinking about it, and when I get home the problems usually still there. When I'm asleep nothing can get me! :D This was all written by someone who mostly gets pissed off at his house, sorry if it's kinda irrelevant. Also: Very often lack of sleep contributes to a lot of frustration and other negative emotions. Sometimes people are just too busy fantasizing about killing suckers too realize how tired they are. xD You could also try hitting a punchbag, stabbing photos of antagonists ect, but I don't find this method very effective, just makes me feel worse. Without trying to sound like a pussy, sometimes being nice to others helps me feel better. Yet one more note! :O : Cursing has apparently been scientifically proven to help release tension. Kinda makes me feel better. :D But yeah this all from one guy, everyone differentiates slightly with how they deal with anger, just do whatever you feel comfortable with doing.

Lack of sleep is certainly a cause for anger issues and I know some people on here don't get enough!

I'm always up all night on soemo. =O- haha the same for me and well i don't have insomnia but i am thinking to much before i go to bed so i can't sleep because of that >.< x
