Can you fix this broken heart? Can you stitch these wounds that time won't heal? Can you catch me when I fall from grace? Can you hold me close and make me real? Each day without you further I fall No one to catch me To hear my call Shards of my soul Droplets of blood Tear me to pieces To nothing at all Without you the world no longer breathes Sweet breaths of love and joyfullness Instead it drowns in its own bitter tears In loneliness And aching fears Flesh wounds and mental scars Are nothing compared to the pain In this broken Dying Heart.
