Well I've gone through about a million "favorite" bands since the 7th grade but I think they're a keeper, For one Alex Gaskarth is sooo freaking hot (not that it matters) and on top of that they almost sound better live than in studio, it's insane... Tonight I downloaded 52 of their songs, and my friend thinks I'm addicted, but could you blame me?? What are your thoughts on ATL??

I think They are great, i don't like that many of their songs though, but still the ones i like are amazing. I haven't heard them live though.

i think they're great, though i had to listen to their third album to get really hooked on them, 'Nothing Personal' Their new album is quite good some good songs on there. I like 'Dear Maria Count Me In' too which my band cover sometimes, its in my vids section :D

well what I think is cool is that there are video's on youtube of him doing covers that he specifically asked the people not to put on youtube... but in the videos he's actually interacting and joking with them, not being all stuck up and like I'm better than you bitch,

Alex, he was hanging with some fans, walking somewhere in the dark with them and he did a cover of a song (can't remember the name of it) and he was joking around with them and like the last thing in the video you hear is him saying please don't put this on youtube... and I'd have to agree... I used to like Dear Maria Count Me In but not til recently did I REALLY like it, and I think their song Damned If I do Ya got me hooked... I think it was two days ago I couldnt stop listening to it I just looked it up... it was a teenage dirtbag cover http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L3ftK1GZrKA&NR=1

Ah i see, yeah i think i heard 'Weightless' first and then checked out the album. I have a mate who did a cover of that which is on youtube! lol.

Their song Dear Maria, Count Me In is what got me hooked on them. But after listening to their song Lullabies(which is the song that starts playing as soon as you click onto my profile) I've gained a TON of newfound respect for them and their music. It's basically a song written by Alex to his brother, who committed suicide some time ago. I can't listen to it without thinking about all of the people who I've known who've also taken their lives :/

That's also one of my favorites, though I never knew what it was about... and that's kind of... I don't want to say amazing but touching I guess

Yeah, sometimes knowing the story behind certain songs makes them so much better <3 Their song "We All Fall Down" was also written about Alex's brother's suicide. Lyrics?: We all fall down, But you refuse to get back on your feet again. You closed your eyes, and said goodbye to all of those who loved you.

I only have the live version of therepy, which wouldnt bother me, but it has the screaming fans and stuff like that and i hate that so much
