I really need to sort my head out. It's getting to the point where im always either down or stressy and im just putting it all on my boyfriend and i think it's hurting him...aswell as its making me hate myself more and more :'( i want to stop getting so stressed over things but i can't help it and i don't know where to start :'( i'm always scared that i'm gunna lose him cause of it. I hate it! I hate it! I hate it! HELP ME!

Calm down. Just take a deep breath & relax your muscles. Get someone to massage your shoulders for you or something. take a deep breath in & out. Again. It's alright, just relax. Feel better? [: Now, call your boyfriend over. Doing this keep breathing in & out calmly. Light scented candles & incense. When he gets there, ask him to sit down. Just hold his hand & talk about how your feeling. Feel totally relaxed, the candles & incense will help. If he understands he really loves you & will be there with you every step of the way. If he doesn't he's obviously isn't strong enough. All the way through this, just keep taking calm breath's. Don't rush, take your time talking, make sure you explain every little detail of how you feel, it'll all work out in the end [: <33

I'd have to agree... have you ever had panic attacks... and I'm guessing youu do, i just get that vibe from this message, like you were possibly starting to get one when you wrote this? Start meditating for about 30 minutes a night... and no that doesnt mean sitting on the floor humming, there are other ways to meditate, research it and find the one that works the best for you

thank you forf teh advise :) i am thinking of having time jsut chilling out n read or something and im gunna start working out so that might help. He's come round and exactly like you say he understands and wants to help me :) ill still go councilling but i am gunna sort myself out like i said start working out which should help me mentally and physicaly and just make myself a better person. :)
