Good Depressing/Upbeat Songs? Jul 31 2011, 03:52 PM
I've been trying to write a story for a week now, and I realized that I've been listening to some of the same songs over and over again to keep me motivated/inspired. So, I need new material. It can be something reallyyy depressing or something really upbeat. Like Evanescence or Blood On The Dance Floor <3 It can even be by bands that aren't all that known. I just need something NEW to work with. Help :O

For depressing, listen to Seether, they have lots of beautiful songs, but they're sad :( if Fake It is the first song you listen to though, it's not "typical" of their style, though it's a very good song :L For upbeat - 3Oh!3, The Medic Droid, Brokencyde?

Nothing is more upbeat than Finntroll and Korpiklaani. For Finntroll - Under Bergets Rot and Trollhammeren For Korpiklaani - Happy Little Boozer and Vodka.
