They told her if she did it There would be trouble She’d be classed unstable The medication would double But because of everything There was too much pain She was only young And nothing to gain Her friends had text her They were gonna commit She wouldn’t see them again Unless she found them in a ditch She was like Cinderella But without the ball She was a maid in her own home No stability –just a fall Back in school She tried to explain The scars on her arms That it wasn’t a game But instead of understanding They made it worse They said mean things This was her curse Picked up off the floor He had her by the throat She stayed there un-moving The tears made a moat Her skin is pale So thin-theres nothing to desire Her body is numb But her eyes and heart hold fire That’s the life Of a girl that fell From the 125 foot life building She now lives in a white padded cell
