Before i begin, I do not label, I am just doing so for the ease of this topic. Ive heard lots and lots of people on here saying they just go around making people commit suicide and such.. I personally have never seen anything like that. What my opinion of "prep" is is someone who cares a lot about fashion and the "new" thing... "Emos" pretty much are the same way... there preps with dark clothes on. "Scenesters" are preps with big hair... No prep has ever messed with me... The only thing theyve really done "mean" was ignore the ones just asking to be made fun of (picking noses, wearing computer parts as jewelry, going around saying "look im so emo cuz i have cuts on my arms, emos are so cool") So being as ive NEVER witnessed them being mean to anyone.. i cant comprehend why they are being called quote: "heartless fucking monsters" by members of this site and people saying all they do is go around beating people and making them commit suicide... To me that sounds more like the "thugs" cuz umm.. yea. So can i have a constructive answer and not a bunch of posers bashing me cuz i dont think they are monsters? Please.

Sorry for bumping this up, just thought I'd put my opinion in here, and get my post up... Some are some aren't I live in a rich little town where everybody has money (mostly, don't get me wrong we have our slums too) but since scene/emo isn't a minority around where I live, we don't get made fun of too much, we more or less have a problem with each other, calling everyone who isn't "picture perfect emo/scene" a poser

Well all I can say is people described as emo's can annoy me as much as those classed as preps.

It all honestly depends on the person. Some preps are mean, some are nice. I've come across some really rude preps, and some down to earth nice ones. Not all of them are bad.

tbh i have had a preppy friend once before and she was the nice one. so, its okay ^_^
