tips on hair growth Oct 22 2011, 10:11 PM

my parents madee me cut my hair and its growing RRREEEAAALLLYYY slowly i dont know if there is any ways 4 hair to grow faster but just wondering...i probably should of put this in Help and Advise haww

I would say birth control... but with you being a guy, I doubt that'd work... Eat lots of protein, especially peanut butter. also there are certain Shampoos you can get for extra protein. You want to keep your hair trimmed (about every 12 weeks), because dead ends make your hair grow slower. Also it's best to start with ABSOLUTELY healthy hair... after you grow it out its harder to repair the damaged parts you started out with. Avoid heating appliances, never perm or straighten your hair for any reason. Don't use harsh chemicals. avoid chlorine and saltwater. Avoid extreme diets. Be extremely gently with your hair when it is wet. Brush your hair to get out all knots before shampooing. Skip a few washes, every now and then the oil is good for your hair. Rinse your hair in as cold water as you can stand. Deep condition your hair monthly. Lessen the friction on your hair... try sleeping on a satin pillow... I looked it up for you(:

i agree with what nikkiwest said :) maybe try going to your local store and finding hair growth products...im positive something is sure to work ^_^
