Been black and blue before, There's no need to explain, I am not the jaded kind, Playback's such a waste, You're invisible, Invisible to me, My wish is coming true, Erase the memory of your face. Candles, by Hey Monday

okay right, i used to scratch the backs of my hands before i started cutting my wrists so i think what you need to do is show her that you care a lot about her and make sure you are always there for her. im sure you do this anyway but it is the most important thing to do also tell her to look up NSHN as it is currently helping me it can give you ways to calm yourself when you are feeling angry or upset. also tell her that scratching might lead to scars as it has with me. i hope she can get over this and make sure you are strong for her!!! hope this helped :/xx
