Dry hair & skin!? Mar 28 2012, 08:09 AM
Hey guys, I got really really dry hair & skin. :( Also I cannot straight my hair often because of this. And i just do my best to avoid it :/ Use moisture cream every evening, use moisture deep conditioner every two days. But somedays like today it seems like nothing want to help. Any special tips?

Drink lots of water and eat a balanced diet if you aren't already.

What always works for me is taking a break from the hair dye and drinking water like CRAZY... although I heard that too much can kill yu... Also taking a break from the foundation seems to help. :)

Condition every day. Not every 2 days. Also. Take this pill called Biotin. It help your hair and skin (also nails) It helps me

have you tried the Macadamia Oil Deep Repair Hair Mask? It does wonders for the hair :D
