Extreme hair problems and addiction D: May 13 2012, 02:42 AM
I have my hair so damaged that even conditioners have minimal effect on it u.u They're becoming shorter recently.. I'm thinking of cutting them even shorter so they can grow stronger. But... The problem is that I'm addicted of dying my hair. I'm going crazy if I don't change the colours. It helps me to decrease stress levels and makes me feel better. I do it more and more often again and again.. OMG. What should I do to save my hair? *x*

try buying colour clip on etextenshions i'm not allowed to dye my hair but coloured extenshions work just as well xD

i've seen most girls (even my friends) wearing the clip in kind...and i thought it was their real hair...they said the trick is to just blend them in with your real hair so the clips do not show through....

My hair is in pretty bad condition too. It's breaking and random parts have gone shorter. I plan on getting mine cut to help stop my hair falling out. I use Aussie 3-minute miracle conditioner and leave it on for about 20 minutes, and argan oil about every second day. I find it helps a lot. Look, for deep conditioning treatments and hair restoring masks. Bleach is what damaged my hair the most. So, try to use darker colours for awhile so you don't have to bleach it. Also, try not to straighten or blow-dry your hair. As disgusting as ait sounds, don't wash yur hair as much. It dries it out. If you leave it a few days, the oils will build up and help repair your hair. Hopefully, you can save your hair :) As for extensions, I wear them regularly, and they look completely natural. So long as they're real hair and the same colour as the rest of your hair and you hide the clips under your hair, the only reason anyone would think they're fake is if they're really long.
