Hey guys, Over a year ago i set up this facebook page Called stop self harm together. Its aim is to help any of those people who harm stop, All the admins (myself included) are harmers or were harmers. so when know how you feel. We will try our best to give you support and guidence in your road to stopping. we will always try and help you if u so wish. on the page we post simple distraction ways, to poems to video's music anything and everything that can help you guys. and the best part is. you guys can help to by posting your own storys tips tricks anything that you think can help together we can beat it lets stop self harm together <33 http://www.facebook.com/StopSelfHarmTogether?ref=hl
