Rhythmic thumping. The faint pounding in my chest is the only reminder of my existence. I see scars healing up externally. Internally, my suffering knows no bounds. For every second of my being is pure hell. Every small thing torments me. Fear and guilt have claimed my conscience. I need to tell someone but.. What do I say? Every bite of food is fine until I go home. I have to face the mirror and stare at my fat. I can't take it. CUT IT OFF OF ME. MAKE ME BEAUTIFUL. Make me temporarily content. Fool me into loving myself.. Anything...
