I go out with this guy who can be really nice sometimes but whenever im with my friends (I have more friends who are guys) he always glares at them as if they've killed someone and it makes me feel bad for talking to them :/ I told him about it before and I don't know what to do because he didn't stop doing it or even try to. I thinking about ending it but I dont know if im overreacting or not. He's made selfharm jokes and emo jokes after I confessed my scars to him and I just dont think he cares about my feelings. Any advice? I'm really confused.

If he's acting like that, he clearly doesn't care for u... A person who cares for u whould never do such things... I figured it from my perspective :/ Good luck anyway...

I can understand with the guy friends becasue us guys can be very insecure i am one of them :/ and about the making emo jokes and etc, if he means it then id dump him tbh, becasue he clearly doesnt give a shit about your feelings and most likely is just going out with you to show you off, i could be wrong but what ive hear it seems that why and even if not, its still out of order to make those jokes.

Men are intensely competitive and jealous by nature, just talk to him about it and try to ease him out of it.

While I agree men are competitive and jealous by nature, I also think that if you've told him how you feel and he just won't stop, and jokes he makes makes you feel uncomfortable, try talking to him. Give him an ultimatum. By that, I mean say basically, "I think that you are being insensitive and if you don't stop acting like a jerk I'm thinking about ending it with you for good. I need someone who is going to treat me with respect and not get so upset when I talk with their friends and trust me not to be gross with them."
