I need someone to talk to, anyone. My boyfriend of alittle more than 1 year broke up with me, starting with "I don't think I can do it anymore." And told me that our personalities clashed; that we weren't right for each other sice he was quiet and prefers to talk things out. He never got mad and I am out going and loud at times, and I talk things out too but get irritated. "I don't like being a boyfriend I can't handle caring for someone as much as i do you,. It was so sudden, he didn't act different either, he still showed a lot of affection. And the aftermath is just hitting me at this point knowing that we couldn't make new memories anymore. We were suppose to have a date on the beach today.. Just us. Now all I have are the memories he left me. He was my first time for everthing you know? He let me keep his laptop and shirts and he still has all my drawing and poems I wrote him.. He knows my past too, my really dark depressing past and still chose to date me.. He was the first I ever shared my past to..

I could write a paragraph of what i feel/think but all in going ot say is just give yourself time to recover and try and not dwell over it too much.

I agree with the above. It's a difficult time you're going through, and I know you might be looking for some magical answer but the most simple thing I can tell you is this: Time heals. I know it's probably not what you want to hear, but there will be others. But honestly: Who knows? Maybe you two just needed time away from each other. Being in a serious relationship takes an emotional toll on some people. Some people can't handle the overwhelming emotions it brings; responsibility and such. Maybe you two could get back together. No one knows what the future holds.
