My parents are having strong problems in their relationship, I think they are going to divorce and I don't know what to do, I'm just fucked up right now.. What should I do?

I'm sorry to hear that... Best thing for you to do really is try and stay calm around them and try not to get too involed with it... Another thing you could do is tell each parent sepratly how you feel about them having a rough patch in there relationship and see what they say..
