in high school i had a lot of issues and i used guys and sex as a way of dealing with them, now i have gotten better and dropped those tendencies. today i bumped into one of the ghosts from my past life, and i don't know how to deal with. please help....

just say hi.. at the end of the day past is past... you've probably got to face it and get over it at some point :) If you bump into any 'ghosts' again just say hi and talk.. it may be awkward at first but you never know you could end up making really good friends :)
