hai this probably sounds weird but i really need a new weight loss buddy (someone who we exchange pictures of everything we eat, food wise please nothing..disturbing.., preferably via snapchat or whatsapp). i know its an od ask but if anyone is willing i would really appreciate it

I'm on this really great diet- high protein, low carb/sugar and lots of exercise. I could really do w/ a weight loss buddy, too O: Keep me motivated and junk~

I only lost weight after a serious operation in hospital. It came back in the course of a year. Since then, I never lost or gained weight again. O.o

I'm not on here often but if you need advice or help I'm here to message :) I've managed to lose pretty much 3 stone in about a year and im so happy with my progress... im now trying to tone up more :P Yet I will say this... that diet is the most important thing, exercise works very effectively ONLY IF you have the right diet to go with it. Exercising with the wrong diet/eating the wrong foods doesn't work and you won't see any results. Good Luck!!
