Everyone leaves The house is dark I pull up my sleeves And see my newest mark It started out small Just a little scratch Then as my life began to crash and fall I burnt myself with a match I try not to cry But I always sob myself to sleep It hurts so much and I ask why The pain cuts really deep I sit in my room and pull out a knife I clutch it tightly I'll give up on life No more pain, I smile slightly A flash of silver, a quick sharp pain I let out a cry As everything goes cold, a single thought enters my brain It all started with a cut, and now I'll die
