The stares I sometimes get from people. Not being able to say what I need to say.. Umm, being accused of something. Yes, these things make me feel scared and weak :/

This feeling I've had recently of being trapped i guess, not being able to progress, not having complete control or freedom, getting knocked back. These mindsets scare me /.\

For several years now, I have taught myself to not be afraid of anything anymore. Almost to the point to where I don't care about certain things that I used to.

Spiders Deep water (can't swim, fear of drowning, etc.) Small enclosed spaces Heights Crowds/crowded areas Raised voices Doctors/nurses Needles (I'm not terrified of them like I used to be but they still bother me) Public speaking/doing stuff in front of an audience (I don't completely choke or freeze anymore but it still scares me) Getting hurt

im afraid of the ocean or water (drowning),loud noises, clowns, big crowds, elevators and hurting those i love or others.
