most important things are self determination and want to stop, as without those two things it's to quit.. I wrote this topic (click here) awhile back, with some techniques i used to stop, in the aim it could help others too as well.. If you need some one to talk too or someone just too listen feel free to drop me a PM and i'll do my best to help :)

Let me just say.. What if you accidentally hit a vein?? Have you thought of that.. I bet your family cares a lot you just dont know.. Do you know how that will all affect your family? Its no ones fault that your mind is crazy.. Just try to cope with it..

you have to try to replace the bad habit with a good one that's wat helped me and its better try to think of the long term and good things you can do to make your self happier and less stressed. its almost like an addiction continuing doing it no matter how little triggers you to want it more till you go to far. when you feel the urge try to quickly make your self bissy with something and get it out of your mind (easier said then done I no). its been a long time since I cut regularly and I have had a relapse here and there and still think about it from ever once and I while. but the more you keep your mind off it and the longer you go without cutting the easier it gets to say no to the cravings and think of more positive ways to make your self feel better and instead lay down close your eyes for a few and just try to relx till it passes.
