Hello. You can call me Karma or Kaos. Either works. I was just wanting to ask, has anyone else ever felt unworthy and unloved? I feel this way constantly. Which is why I used to cut. I've been "clean" for 51 days

well done for staying clean :) yea, too often for my liking.. but i find the best way to overcome the feeling is ignoring the feeling itself and then distracting my mind with something positive/ i enjoy doing, if not i'm lucky enough to be able to talk to my close friends about things.

Well good job with the cutting, keep it up! I totally agree w/ Kate. ^^ Like everyone on here loves you and cares for you.. You'll feel that way once in your life. Just don't let it stop you.. It will go away someday. Just yeah, ignore it and let it slip away. Everything will return to normal or at least close to normal sometime. Just enjoy life cause you only have a few years to be young..

Well yes.. Of course not everyone will love you. But i know a lot could.. You do not need to commit suicide. Just ignore the negative and take on the positive. So many people go through this and if people on here are bullying you. Report them or contact the admin.. Idk what he could do but anyways.. That doesnt need to happen. Stay Strong!
