Torn apart Ignoring me Protecting me Taken from me Abandonment All of these are ways I've lost people I loved EAch time is a new scare on my heart There's to many to count I don't like making friends I don't like people noticing me I don't want to lose anymore It's my fear Please don't leave me Whoever I have left You are my family My love My best friends Please Don't go Not again...

That is beautiful! I love the symmetry of this poem, how you first explain how you've lost people and then whom you've lost and the fear of loosing everyone you have left, it is a very raw insight into the panic and "fear" of feeling isolated, you should be very proud of it! ;)
