The thing is I was getting better, I was starting to like myself, but now I'm back to square one it's weird how just one little thing can take you back it's like you're playing Snakes and Ladders, you're nearly at the end, and then you land on that snakes head, and it takes you right back to the beginning, and you have to start again. Everyone around you that's playing the game don't take any notice, because now you're gone they can win Now you don't show your face, they can carry on with their lives... just one little thing can send you back to the beginning
