I've read so many forums about loneliness and love on this site. Although many people want to be in love, I do not want to. Because love is another form of pain. I have no desire to endure such pain in my life. So more I love the person, I choose to keep a distance. I watched this movie yesterday and I have tears in my eyes right now, because it reminds me of someone I cared for. And I don't want to fall in love. I have no desire to endure such a pain.

Well I have been in love numerous times before and I'm currently in love. I do not regret it so I disagree with this.

everyone to their own really.. but personally i also disagree with this, as Love like many things in life is what you make it to be.

Dearest Matt, Of course, Matt. I'm very happy that you are happy with your love - that's all that matters to me for anybody who I care for. I think the ultimate purpose of life is happiness. Janis Joplin sings, "Freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose". I would trade love with freedom. Have you ever experienced extreme coldness? It's so cold it feels like burning in the end... All the pleasures in life are also another form of pain. So I believe true freedom is to be free from all forms of obsession in life. I have experienced the pleasure of having something to lose. It was painful and nearly damaged and broke me. It took me a while for me to be free from it. If you are in love as long as you are happy, that's all that matters, Matt. Because I want you to be happy as I care for you.
