Good question. I think it can look pretty good on some people but bad on others. Will grow back anyway..

I thought about it once but then I was like nah, it does look super cute on most people though, especially if the other side is like chin length. c:

I think it kinda depends on face shape...I shaved mine last may, and it is currently a little longer than chin length...I kinda tried to grow it back a few months ago, but unless you cut the other side as short as the shaved side it looks kind of odd

I had one side shaved off clean a while ago, now that hair's grown back my friends say I look like a lesbian. but hey, it's a great hairstyle. guys can have it, girls can have it.

I think it really does depend on your face shape as to whether you can carry it off or not. But if it is something that you would like to try, it really doesnt matter if it appeals to you! It will grow back if you don't like it, but perhaps getting a few opinions on it from your friends and family first before taking the plunge may help!
