Ok so which of you actively do some exercise to keep fit. If so what? Swimming, bike riding, running, exercising at home, gym?

Some friends and I have recently started going running a few times a week. Once we're fit enough, we'll be stepping up the training by joining a parkour gym :) Would love to learn how to swim one day…

i do gymnastics and have done it since i was 7. It is a really fun and effective way to stay fit
