If you are looking for some really gothic stuff I would honestly recommend RebelsMarket, they also have a variety of a lot of fashion tastes as well. Like Patel goth, or punkish clothing. It’s pretty amazing ^^

I've bought stuff from this ebay seller a few times: http://stores.ebay.com/refuse-to-be-usual they've been in business for years, looks like they're mostly doing weird fetish shoes right now but they have some punk, lolita, emo-ish etc clothes + accessories too

I'm super late, but I just wanna say that I mostly shop on ebay for the specifics. Clothing with a emo/scene vibe used to be real easy to find 'til 2012... It's all deadstock now. Even Hot Topic & Spencer's went hipster, aside from their classic studded belts, since they're also for hipsters. But anyway, some other public stores I'd recommend are: Lids for some black fitted caps, (00's gangsta swag) Walmart and Sears for their blank shirts/sweatshirts/hoodies, cargos and straight-legs, if you're a 'basic' kinda emo/scene person. That can be cool with some swag in the mix.
